We’ve helped women of all ages, body types and experience levels feel stronger, healthier and more confident — and we know how many questions can come up before you start. Here are the most common ones:


Do I need to be fit to start?

Absolutely not. Many of our clients come to us having never trained before. We’ll meet you exactly where you are, and build your confidence and strength gradually, safely and supportively.


What’s the difference between 1:1 and 2:1 personal training?

1:1 is completely focused on you — just you and Kelly in a private session.
2:1 means you’ll train alongside one other woman (friend, sister, etc.), sharing the session while still getting personal coaching and a private setting. The vibe is friendly, calm and never competitive.


What should I wear or bring?

Anything comfortable you can move in — no need for fancy gym gear. Water and a small towel can be helpful, but everything else is provided in the studio.


Is this suitable if I’m peri- or post-menopausal?

Yes! Kelly has experience and training in working with women through all stages of life, including menopause. Your plan will take this into account — including energy levels, recovery and hormone-related changes.


Can I come if I’ve got an injury or health condition?

We’ll always check in with you during the consultation to understand your needs and limitations. Kelly is experienced in working around common issues like joint pain, lower back problems or fatigue — and everything will be adapted for your safety.


What’s included in a consultation call?

It’s a relaxed 10–15 minute chat to explore what you’re looking for, where you’re at right now, and whether this is the right fit. There’s no pressure — just a helpful conversation to give you clarity and confidence.


Do you offer help with food and nutrition too?

Yes — Kelly is a qualified nutritionist and offers optional nutrition coaching (either as an add-on or standalone support). It’s flexible, realistic, and based around your lifestyle — no strict plans or rules.


How soon will I see results?

It depends on your goals, but many clients feel improvements in strength, energy, or confidence within the first few weeks. More visible or long-term results come from consistency, which we’ll support you with every step of the way.


Is the studio really private? Will there be other people around?

Yes — it’s just you (and your training partner, if 2:1) and Kelly. No one else. No mirrors, no gym crowds, and no distractions.


I feel nervous about starting. What if I’m not ready?

That’s totally normal — and exactly why this studio exists. We specialise in helping women who feel unsure, self-conscious, or fed up with gyms. After one session, you’ll likely wish you’d started sooner.
